Our factory manufactures furniture products using the Marquetry technique.
Marquetry is a complex process that creates highly artistic products finished with different types of wood veneers.
Applications range from wall panels, dressers, cabinets, doors, tables, etc.
The technological process starts with our designers developing interior sketches and product visualisations.
Detailed drawings and material selection.
Sampling and choice of finishes. Manufacture of joinery products and final sizing of plywood shirt bases. Cutting and assembling of mosaics from different types of veneer, depending on the approved sample. Subsequent gluing of the assembled shirt parts onto the joinery. Sanding and preparation for painting. Finishing with varnishes, stains, etc., according to agreed sample. Final assembly of the product.
